I built Nexus to create an open community where everyone shares in the rewards.

Nexus is built by entertainers, for entertainers.

When smartphones took over, we did not just lose radio, we lost the DJ. That role mattered. DJs listened, vetted, and helped great music rise above the noise. Algorithms did not replace that role, they erased it.

Nexus exists to bring that human channel back.

Nexus streamlines booking, removes unnecessary middlemen, and creates a direct path between artists, venues, scouts, and fans, without Apple, Google, or pay-to-play platforms controlling the lane. Power should live with the people who show up.

I did not come at this as a tech founder. I came at it as an entertainer.

My first talent-agent role came at 21. I worked through college as a stand-up magician, MC, TV host, and talent scout. I have been on stage, backstage, and in the booking room. I have seen artists get squeezed by people taking cuts without adding value, and fans left out of the conversation entirely.

I also bring the long view.

I spent 25 years at IBM building media systems, interactive platforms, and large-scale content delivery, then 10 years at AT&T in Media & Entertainment, working with real production pipelines under real pressure. Nexus is where that experience meets the daily needs of working artists and venues.

This is about fairness.

This is about discovery.

This is about building a system where good music rises because people support it, and everyone involved shares in the upside.
